Brad Averill is co-owner of Wildtime Foods, a manufacturer of natural and organic breakfast cereals and trail mixes. Located in Eugene, Oregon, Wildtime Foods was started in 1981. Mr. Averill purchased it in 2002. Approximately 2/3 of Wildtime Foods’ sales are organic. They have made the commitment to their customers not to use genetically modified organisms, even in those products that are not organic.

Joe moved to Seattle in 2010 to serve as Regional President of the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada Region.

Ian Tolleson joined Northwest Food Processors Association (NWFPA) in 2014 as the Director of Government Affairs where he is in charge of legislative advocacy in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. NWFPA is one of the nation’s largest food processing trade associations, with more than 500 member companies including 76 food processors and 348 suppliers.
